• Atlantis Health is a world leader in designing and implementing multi-channel, personalized patient support and adherence programs. Our award-winning programs increase adherence to treatment, improve patient health outcomes and deliver economic benefits to healthcare providers and the pharmaceutical industry
• At the heart of our programs is our proprietary CRM, delivering personalized interventions addressing patient beliefs and concerns. Our CRM is architected as a highly secure, cloud-based, multi-tenant, continuous build application. It supports web integration with CMS and third-party applications using APIs, which drive dynamic content into websites and other applications, based on program needs
• We implement multi-market programs across Australia, and we are looking for a talented Solutions Manager to support our Patient Services team to deliver new and existing projects and to bring experience, energy to the delivery of our patient-centric programs

Essential requirements

• Passionate about co-design with patients, carers, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) to ensure our solutions are always addressing an unmet need
• Interested in behavioural science and the application of health psychology frameworks that leverage evidence-based interventions to drive optimal health outcomes
• Responsible for efficient planning, budget management and driving the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects that provide personalised multi-channel support
• Confident to be the key contact point for our key partner accounts, driving the delivery of projects, and leading on client WIPs and stand-ups
• Ability to form and nurture meaningful partnerships with our clients
• Operating as a key point of contact for external and internal project teams
• Demonstrate excellence in project management for our products and services, including timeline management and communication, risk identification and mitigation, deployment management with all parties (internal, client and third-party vendors)
• Coordinating resources (teams based in Australia and New Zealand) in the project through the maintenance of detailed project plans and ensure that the highest quality of work is produced, to a very tight project schedule, following robust, auditable processes
• Establish and continually manage detailed project plans, schedule, work breakdown structure, strategy, and deliverables. Manage scope creep and follow established change management policies
• Collaborate on project blueprints (scoping documents) and create other project documentation (including project plans, change requests, risk logs and reports)

Preferred experience and skills

• Digital and creative project management experience
• 2+ years’ experience working in a health or medical education agency
• Ability to manage the work, performance and professional development of direct reports
• Experience with materials approval platforms such as Veeva, PromoMats and Zinc
• Confidence in budget estimating and financial reconciliations would be considered an asset
• Confidence in client-facing and client management experience
• Experience of project managing a multi-disciplinary team, delivering projects which involve multiple client stakeholders
• Ability to efficiently handle projects simultaneously
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel
• Experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies would be considered an asset
• Knowledge and experience of digital project delivery using a range of web development tools
• Exceptional time management, communication, and organisational skills
• Excellent and proactive problem solver
• Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in the face of changing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
