We are seeking a Solutions Executive looking to work in a fast-paced agency environment, who has a genuine passion for leveraging technology solutions to empower people to achieve better health outcomes. The right candidate will be confident and excited to work on key client projects from inception through to delivery. You will be supporting other members of our Patient Services team in the delivery of our partner projects, and we as a team will ensure that you are supported and developed in your role and career path.

• Atlantis Health is a world leader in designing and implementing multi-channel, personalized patient support and adherence programs. Our award-winning programs increase adherence to treatment, improve patient health outcomes and deliver economic benefits to healthcare providers and the pharmaceutical industry
• At the heart of our programs is our proprietary CRM, delivering personalized interventions addressing patient beliefs and concerns. Our CRM is architected as a highly secure, cloud-based, multi-tenant, continuous build application. It supports web integration with CMS and third-party applications using APIs, which drive dynamic content into websites and other applications, based on program needs
• We implement multi-market programs across Australia, and we are looking for a talented Solutions Executive to support our Patient Services team to deliver new and existing projects and to bring experience, energy to the delivery of our patient-centric programs

Essential requirements

• Passionate about co-design with patients, carers, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) to ensure our solutions are always addressing an unmet need
• Interested in behavioral science and the application of health psychology frameworks that leverage evidence-based interventions to drive optimal health outcomes
• Supporting the execution of all aspects of our partner projects, including ensuring all work is fully briefed, signed off, and documented as required
• Building rapport with day-to-day partner contacts through good project management and consistent project updates and delivery
• Creating project plans, preparing presentations for partners and supporting with financial administration, such as creating budgets and updating financial trackers
• Managing day to day partner relationships, building strong working relationships with the partner team while managing project updates, key deliverables and project milestones to ensure all aspects of the project flow smoothly
• Coordinating research, co-design, and design sprint initiatives including participant contact, liaison and coordination, administration, record keeping, bookings, event management, and data processing
• Assistance with quantitative research, including uploading surveys, coordinating respondents, data collection, data analysis, and presentations
• Working with internal functions to ensure high quality deliverables within budgets
• Flagging potential project issues as they arise, and proactively suggesting potential solutions to ensure smooth running of the partner project

Preferred experience and skills

• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Clear written and oral communication – must be able to articulate and express themselves clearly in both team conversations and via email
• Ability to take initiative, think flexibly, and be self-motivated
• Ability to safely communicate with vulnerable patient populations, with awareness of health literacy and cultural needs
• Experience in running research projects is highly desired
• A basic understanding of digital technology, such as CMS and CRM platforms
• Strong administration and coordination skill set
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Problem solving – able to find solutions at pace
