The Role You Will Play
Overall responsibility for managing the delivery of all work for assigned clients, on time and in budget and leads financial management of the project, including budgets, cost estimates, invoices and client requirements.
Takes a leadership role in managing the overall project execution.
Communicates requirements, timelines, issues, status and progress to all project stakeholders (clients, internal and external suppliers involved in projects).
Proactively identifies and develops solutions for potential issues or opportunities with current client projects.
Ensures high quality standards are maintained.
Identifies and bring in needed resources for successful project delivery. Oversees internal and supplier resources, including briefs, budgets and deliverables.
Seeks opportunities to expand scope of work within existing clients, proactively raising ideas within the Client Service and Business Development teams.
Proactively address issues or concerns in your projects to resolve to client’s satisfaction.
Manage direct reports.
Role reports to Director of Client Services.
- BA/BS Degree
- Agency experience a plus
- Digital or patient experience required
- Proficiency with one or more CRM systems, ideally in the health communication or healthcare integration sector is necessary.
- Strong preference for digital, tech or HUB services experience
